I suppose I'm just your typical Chemical Engineer turned Copywriter. Which is to say, not entirely typical. 

I made the switch to copywriting after several years making my parents proud...as an engineer. But hey, you only live once right? Unless of course you're a Buddhist, and then you might come back as a fruit fly. They only live for 24 hours with the sole purpose of eating and procreating and what kind of life is that?! 

Now, as a Creative Director in my second decade in advertising, I've had the pleasure to apply my storytelling skills and creative leadership to global brands and clients in the consumer space like TELUS, TD Bank, UNICEF, Danone, LottoMax, PRO•LINE, and Campari, and in the healthcare space like Takeda, Gilead, Abbvie and GSK, and quite a lot else in between.

A little about me: I learn and adapt quickly, am insatiably curious about people and ideas and equally adept at managing the mayhem of frantic sets and boardrooms. I've produced a body of work across all of the traditional formats (TV, Radio, OOH, Print) and the 'newer' ones (social, interactive, mobile, content creation). I believe that a great insight-driven idea is always more important than a shiny new technology (unless product innovation is the idea) and where and how you execute should be guided by consumer behaviour not by media blocking charts.
